My six pack Dadbod challenge: how I got a washboard stomach in 12 weeks

Until recently, the idea of having a six pack was simply pie in the sky. Not only had I never been in possession of such a thing, I was also 36 years-old with two kids and a busy job. Hopes of making my stomach resemble a washboard had long since past. Easier (and a lot more fun) to sit back and enjoy a six pack of beer.

That was until I lost over two stones during my recent 12-week Dadbod Challenge. The goal had been to get in better shape, rather than attain a certain amount of muscle – but the experience proved that I could stick to a strict diet and fitness regime and get great results.
